My family has just recently moved into a new home and within a week we began to encounter issues with our HVAC system. The final straw was a very cold morning with no heat and no easy solution. Josh came to us on a recommendation from our neighbor and we couldn’t be happier with his service. In just a few short hours we were back up in running after our furnace received some much needed maintenance. Trusted will be our go to for any future needs we may have!

After my heat went out on a Thursday, another HVAC company still hadn't been able to diagnose/fix the problem almost a week later. Josh and his son came over the following Wednesday and within 24 hours had replaced my boiler and much of my piping. Thank you so much Josh.

About a year and a half ago, the Trusted HVAC team installed a mini split through the Mass Save program at my home. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and had the job completed in just one day. This week, we had a problem with the mini split, which turned out to be caused by a mouse chewing through the wire. The Trusted HVAC team came the same day, repaired the chewed wire, and had my mini split running again. The customer service and professionalism were five stars. I would highly recommend working with Trusted HVAC.

Our oil tank needed to be replaced and Josh made the entire process seamless. He installed the new tank in only a few hours, was extremely professional and his attention to detail was unmatched. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Josh again in the future and we will absolutely recommend him to family and friends!

Josh has come to my rescue multiple times and I’m so grateful. He fixed my gas boiler and did the piping for a new gas fireplace insert. He’s reliable, a good communicator, and is really knowledgeable and easy to work with. I woke up this morning with no heat, and by this afternoon the problem was solved for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.
